About the role:
DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Sales Analyst to join its subsidiary NALICO.
We are looking for a marketing/sales analyst to join our team. The sales analyst will be responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and market data and providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide our sales and marketing activities.
To be successful as a sales analyst you should be able to analyze large amounts of data, accurately project sales trends, identify sales opportunities, and provide practical guidance to optimize sales strategies and increase market share.
Essential Functions:
· Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data.
· Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity and market trends.
· Monitoring CRM usage and sales calls trends.
· Assist with year-end profit-sharing validation and mid-year projections.
· Analyzing commission reduction activity and trends and reductions for desired effect.
· Handling day to day activities with IVANS Download including setting up new agents and problem-solving missing downloads.
· Assist with creating and tracking Marketing Campaigns with DUAL Marketing.
· Keeping sales and promotional materials up to date and updating InsuranceNow with current materials,
· Assisting with Agent Conventions and coordination of marketing materials and booth.
· Handles daily reporting issues with agents on Daily Activity and Daily Reconciliation reports.
· Assist with on-boarding and tracking of new agency appointments.
· Managing sales contests, campaigns, and other promotional events to drive increased sales activity.
· Assist with launching new products and communicating rate and product enhancements through Constant Contact.
· Assist Territory Sales Managers as needed with issues stemming from licensing, accounting, and system log in.
Job Requirements (education, experience, skills):
· Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing.
· Experience as a sales analysis preferred.
· Strong research and data analysis skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft office and CRM software.
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Projection and forecasting skills.
· Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
